Subtitle Issues (w/ AutoGK)

So far so good and have added all necessary files to AutoGK (AVI file with SRT subtitle file). There is no option on language and srt file is meant to be English

However in preview mode the subtitles look in sync (there is no sound in preview mode it seems) but cant really tell as all written subs are in gibberish . . . no language at all . .

It seems that I am doing everything right so this might be a file problem.

Any thoughts???
