Convert VobSub (idx/sub) to Sup

Hi,

I know there is a program called SubToSup that can convert VobSub subtitles (idx/sub) to Sup subtitle but this program has version of 0.9 BETA so I was wondering if someone could possibly let me know whether it's working good?

By the way, I'm looking for good websites that offer subtitles in VobSub (idx/sub) or Sup formats.

I'm tired of srt and MicroDVD sub because many of them are incorrect and buggy OCR for example i and l

I think latest version of Subtitle Creator can do the job (and is more recent thant SubToSup 0.9 beta) and can do the reverse job (Sup to VobSub).

That's what you think, but incorrect.
Subtitle Creator .NET 2.1 (newest and some bugs) can't import subtitles from VobSub, just only text subtitles

You are wrong!! (this option is kind of hidden)
Go to Sup tools and then first option 'Manipulate Sup or VobSub' and you see... you can open SUP or (idx/sub) and then save them reciprocally making changes or without changes. (Shortcut is CTRL+M)

Take it easy,
I live in NTSC land but I own some PAL DVDs from UK when I were there, and I just wanna convert those DVDs to watch them on my upconvert2HD DVD-Player by reencoding, there are English subtitles but for PAL version and do not match with NTSC version, and don't know how to convert to proper NTSC subtitles.
Abusing rule #6 isn't good at all, in my situation, I thought it's ok.

i'm not using any version of subtitlecreator higher than v2.2

but any version below or equ. v2.2 will messup a Original SUP.
if you load a SUP in and make a VOBSUB out
and if you reverse vobsub back to sup (or with any other program)

1) you will get a smaller size SUP (than original before)
2) you will get a BUG line at the bottom of the reverse
3) subtitlecreator CROP the BMP which produce the bug
*) i don't know if it changes the original time len thou ...lol

i just hope if the is a program like SubtoSup 0.9 beta
to convert SuptoSub

** i always use SubtoSup 0.9 beta for adding SUP to DVD
