Problem with Subrip

I've been using Subrip for quite some time now and like it a lot.

My problem though is this that certain subs seem to be harder than others to read with OCR. I get this message:

Now my question is if I can do anything about this? Can I help Subrip read these subs?

Why would Subrip have a problem with this particular sub picture? It looks okay to me.

For some subs I find myself writing the whole thing manually because I get this message on almost every sub picture.

I tried the color thing suggested in the message but couldnt't get it to work.

Please help me. It would save me major hours.

Why would Subrip have a problem with this particular sub picture?becasue, just as it says, there is no space between the two lines - due to the "dots" above the "j" and "g", etc. and the bottoms of "g" and "j"...
