Chinese: can SubRip and AVISubDetector?

Hello

I have several avi, mpeg and rmvb files with hardcoded Chinese subtitles.
I want to extract it to VobSub (idx & sub) files.

Can SubRip and AVISubDetector do that?

If yes:

About SubRip: I can read the whole explanation by ai4spam.

About AVISubDetector:
would someone please give me the exact parameters to do it.
I hear there is no manual?

Yeah .. I've tried to search thru Google .. but I didn't have enough patience :) .. to look especially in a Spanish forum!

It seems .. first .. I have to "learn" Spanish (Class 1 language) .. afterwards I learn your language + Hanzi (Class 4)..... ?! :)
