Wrong subtitle stream

I used DVDShrink along with AnyDVD to rip a movie to HD.
I used Re-author mode to compress the movie and keep only one subtitle stream. When I open movie's .ifo with SubRip it shows me two subtitle streams like this:
00 - <language1> 0, ???
05- <language1> 0, wide letterbox

The first loads on SubRip, but it contains nothing, the second loads
normally.

How can clean the "junk" one ( this with the "???" ) ?
(I don't mean to use Verify function so that it just only doesn't appear but to delete it completely from the movie files).
Any ideas anyone?

Try to open it in PgcEdit and it will automatically correct it. If not, correct it yourself.

PgcEdit fixes a DVDShrink bug, but the problem still exists.
Notice that I kept only one stream with DVDShrink , but when I open with SubRip I can see 2 streams but the one of them is "fake"
(the one with '???' , it says the same language but it's useless)

You can disable the "fake" stream in PgcEdit by disabling it.

You can't disable it because it's not enabled. Even if you disable the existing one (this means all streams are disabled) the stream still appears in SubRip. Maybe protections were not completely removed or it is a DVDShrink bug ? If so, is there anyway to fix this without re-ripping cause I should re-rip many movies?

I have just done an experiment on that. The "fake" stream is only reported by subrip. The dvd plays normally so I think you better keep it as it is. I think the reason of it occurance is DVD Shrink keeps the original position of the track in the DVD without shifting and subrip is always looking for the first subtitle stream. So unless you move that subtitle stream to the first stream the "fake" will remain.

Just tried the "logical remapping of enabled streams" within DVD Shrink but it didn't work.
