Converting PAC/890 formats.

Anyone know of any free/cheap software that is able to import PAC/890 subtitle formats and convert them to a format that DVDit Pro HD 6.0 can handle?

Titlevision should do PAC. As for 890, apparently two flavours exist: http://www.urusoft.net/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=476
