I use a program called Super encoder to encode xvids to my cellphone format (3gp). I now want to add subtitles to my encoded files.

The problem is that Super encoder does not support subtitles and i dont want to reencode the movie with subtitles because it will one more encoding process. So is there a avi frameserver that can add .srt files to the movie and then let me encode it in the Super encoder?

Thanks in advance, Anders

There is an avisynth subtitler included in the dvd2svcd package - I am not sure of the syntax, though. You might want to have a look around the (S)VCD subforum or take a look at the avs scripts generated by dvd2svcd.
