Syncronizing

anybody of you knows how can I shift an entire .txt subtitle file respect its video with an automatic software?

i mean the text is well timed but the txt file was not created for my video version file so i have to make the first periode coincide to the video first speach...

Use Subtitle workshop on that. You can load the subtitle together with the video to see if it is synconized and there are many adjusting options.
