I usually backup DVDs without any subtitles. However this has got me into trouble a few times with DVDs that have forced subs (ie Ultraviolet, Kill Bill 1 & 2).
Is there a simple utility to scan source VOBs for forced subs? Only other option I can think of is to rip the english sub streams with VobSub and open them in SubResync and scan the "Forced" column. I can scan VOBs with DVDSubEdit, but there's no "info" pane or something like it. I'd have to go through each sub individually and look for the line that reads "forced" - NOT FUN.
So, any other options (preferably something quick and easy)?
