I seem to spam this forum a lot lately, but I think I got working DVDs now. But it needs a lot work, so if there is a better way, let me know. Thanks.
I start with audio and mpeg2 video files. What you use as codec does not much matter, I think. But you need *.avi files still, too.
Then with a program called Dvsubmaker, I load avi-file there. Start. I get a *.dvdt file. Then with tab 2. Make subs. Press start again. You get a sub-file.
Repeat as needed.
Then with Subtitle workshop open "tools" menu. There is tab "join subtitles". "Add" your files there in right order. Make sure that "recalculate time values" is checked. Press join. You get a srt-file.
Open SubtitleCreator and in file-menu "open text subtitles". Use either "save SUP" or "save SUP as". Now you have an usable file.
Then muxing. You may edit a Muxman 15P script like in attachment. Or you might try to load files manually, but I didnt test that. Then press start.
That should be all. Test and burn.
