No subtitles when backing up?

I have noticed a problem with quite a few (not all) of my movies that I back up. When I play them I get no subtitles during playback. I use DVDFabDecrypter to rip the DVD and then DVD Shrink to encode it, and then DVD Decrypter to write it. Is there something I am doing wrong during the process that doesnt put the subtitles on the discs? I thought that using DVDFab created an exact image of the disc thus allowing you to just use shrink to encode it as it was originally.

Any help here would be great.

Hi!

Carefully review your settings/preferences in DVD Shrink. Make sure you haven't chosen to "Hide audio and subpicture streams of insignificant size" or "Disable all subpicture" except menus and forced streams".

Also make certain that you haven't UNchecked any of the subpicture streams in the main window of DVD Shrink...

Thanks Seta that was what the problem was, I had Hide audio and subpicture streams of significant size checked, Ive gone back through and changed that so hopefully I get subs now.
