How to ADD new Subtitle to an EPISODIC DVD Keeping the Menu?

The story is like this. I bought the 1 season of Carnivale in Korea, but it only comes with English, Korean & Portuguese subs. I want to add it Spanish subs so my wife can see it too. The whole boxset contains 6 DVDs with 2 Episodes each.
Is there a way to add the subs I want, keeping the original menu? If so, could you please explain the process step by step or link me to a guide?

I know that guide & I use it, but as far as I know & see, it's just for 1 single movie (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm talking about 1 DVD with 2 different and independent episodes in it, each of them needing subtitles.

I can see that I haven't explained myself properly. My apologies.

I want to add the subs to those 2 episodes AND burn again those same episodes to ONE DVD with the subs added. I have no problem whatsoever with the .srt files. I have ripped them & synch them. I just want to know HOW to burn again the 2 episodes to one DVD, like the original ones. Is it possible?

Do one after another.
I'll refer to add subtitles to one episode: you'll have a new DVD.
Then add subtitles to the other episode in this new DVD.
Two steps.

@ricardo.santos Thank you, it seems very interesting. I'll try it later if I can. One thing. Will it add first the subs of one episode and then the subs of the second (once I've selected them) or works with the whole (both episodes of the DVD) vobs at once? :thanks:

The procedure is:
- demux PGC (pdcdemux)
- multiplex new PGC with added subtitles (muxman)
- replace PGC with the new one (vobblanker)

You can do this for each PGC containing a episode, one after another.
iF Subtitle Creator automates this process, very welcome it is.
