View Full Version : SubRip: Wrong Color conversion in sst file

I don't know if anybody has realized this. When I rip subpictures with SubRip and it creates the sst file for scenarist, the color code in this file is:
E2(255 0 0)
E1(0 0 0)
PA(0 0 255)
BG(255 255 255)
but I've checked that the true conversion is:
E2(255 255 255)
E1(0 0 255)
PA(0 0 0)
BG(255 0 0)

And how did I check this. I created a menu with Scenarist specifying subpicture colors (E2,E1,PA,BG) and then I used SubRip to extract back the subpicture and I saw that in the sst wasn't the same color code, as I mentioned before (color and contrast are correct).
I've written a guide to modify menus using pgcdemux, subrip, scenarist and dvdremake (in spanish, my native language), and I say there that this is a SubRip bug, that the true conversion to keep menu original colors is the other.
am I right or not? Thanks.
