going through the episodes i found one show displays the subs, and the rest do not. i looked at the idx but i couldn't find a reason for this. i can open them in subresync and see the correct bitmaps, so i am assuming that everything is correct with the sub file, but i tried playing it using zoomplayer and vlc and nothing except the one file. they were done as part of an autogk 2.27 encode. i can post the idx files so you can compare if this will help. thanks a lot for any help
