View Full Version : Create Subtitles for DVB broadcasts

Any ideas on how to create subtitle streams that will use the DVB Teletext (EN 300 472) AND The DVB Subtitling System (EN 300 743) for transmission. Preferably the second way (EN 300 743). It would be much useful if existing software can do the trick to create subtitle files.

This question is very relevant ALTHOUGH it has already been asked and answered in HD FORUM.
ATM there is no safe and sure procedure but You may follow the relevant threads in the named FORUM
