Subtitle Workshop - Export to DVDit!

I am attempting to create a custom format to export subtitles to Sonic DVDit! using Subtitle Workshop. The only renaining problem is to set frames and not miliseconds in the structure of my custom format export template. Is it possible?

Excuse me. My question was referred to SonicDVDReel, not to DVDit! I would like to confirm that SonicDVDReel can read subtitles listing in Scenarist format (Subtitle Workshop exports to this format).
