How to import subtitles to premiere?

Hi
I want to know how can I import subtitles to adobe premiere 6.5
I should add that I have DVStorm 2 board.
And I use Edius Professional 3.50
I would like to know if there is any one that have anyways to import in adobe premiere or Edius.

But what about edius?
Is there any way ?

For example shall I export EDL from Premiere and then import the EDL to edius?
If it possible could you please expalin me step by step ?
