gabest updated his mp4splitter and vsfilter subtitle decoder to support mpeg-4 timed text streams
this means there are now 4 ttxt decoders available (osmo4, quicktime, realplayer and gabests filters) able to decode the advanced features of ttxt
its pretty feature complete and supports things like karaoke, blinking, colors, fonts etc...
read whats possible here (http://gpac.sourceforge.net/auth_text.php) and how to create such streams
the only not supported things are:
- scrolling
- url linking
- vertical text cropping
get mp4splitter and vsfilter here (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=82303) for using it in any dshow player
it also works in gabest's MPC player without the need to install these filters
