im looking for a such program cuz i need to sync my custom subs (just to check if thier ok).
i tried using BSPlayer, but the video wasn't sync with the audio so i had to just sync by the audio.

Mount your own file playing with graphEdit, then play.
You also can save your graph into *.GRF file and then you can play it in ZoomPLayer Pro (in a more comfortable way than GraphEdit).

i don't want to make one file out of it, i just want to see how it all works together.. like in BSPlayer - you open the .m2v, then load an external .ac3 and a .str.

No, mounting in graphEdit you emulates the joining mode. video and audio files are not multiplexed into another file, just merged 'on the fly' while playing. The .GRF files just says how.
