What is meant by "Pack Header Not found"

I ripped a DVD with dvddecrypter, the error was "Pack header not found", but the dvd was ripped successfully. when i tried to rip it using autogk with subtitles, it said that pack header not found, i didn't get the subtitles in the end as well .... any help in this regard .. ?
