Need help editing subtitle color

I have made two pictures, which should help me explain my problem.

As you can see in the dvd.jpg pic, everything is normal except there's a vague white filter. This I'd need to remove.
In the supremap.jpg pic you can what cause this white filter: color 3. It has an index of 7.
How do I change it to transparent, index 0?

Use PGCEdit to change colors. Pick up the main movie click on it and u'll see the palette in the left side of the window. Change your colors there.
