I read the guide http://www.geocities.com/mcpoodle43/SCC_TOOLS/DOCS/SCC_TOOLS.HTML
everything is ok, expect the ouput cc.bin can not convert to txt sub use CCParser or raw2scc
if i use CCParser i get unable to get first header
If i use raw2scc i get File type of not recognized
the header part of cc.bin
