I am trying to replace one of the sub in a DVD9 with a srt and retain the menu. Here is what I did so far: I use DVDDecrypter to decrypt a DVD9 into HD, then use PgcDemux to demux movie vob, then use Subtitle Creater to create a sup from srt, then use Muxman to mux the new sup with other 2 (of 3) original sup. Finally, I got a VIDEO_TS folder that can play well with the new sup. Next thing to do is to put the newly muxed vob back to the original DVD folder. The guide here http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=275603 give good hints. But there is one difference in my case.
The decrypted vob files are three 1GB, then one 300MB, then layer break, then two 1GB, then one 600MB. The re-muxed vob files are all 1GB except the last one. The guide I've mentioned uses IFOEdit to change all the sub related data in the IFO files for the new sub. In my case, I believe there are something else other than the sub related changes in the IFO that need to be done to cater for the vob difference. But I don't know much about the IFO files, except following others guides. Please help.
