About AVIRecomp?

I'm using AVIRecomp to add .srt sub into .avi files and it's working ok but how come at the start of the movie, there is always a black frame with this:
-Warning: Nothing to ouput bframe decoder lag-
I don't understand what it mean!!!
Do you know how to fix?

omg, b-frame lag again! :search: Also, use the latest XviD beta, the b-frame lag message is removed in it.

Sure. Open the search box of the site, put in the error message you got, hit search and you will get plenty of results which will answer your question.
