subrip time code incorrect

I tried to rip sub with subrip from vob. First, I play the VTS_01_1.vob with my software player. The first sub appears at 1:44. Then I run subrip, click "Open Dir" and select VTS_01_1.vob. It listed out all the vobs. All checkbox are checked except VTS_01_0.vob. Then I click "Start" and subrip prompt me New Character (since I don't have any matrix). After inputing the characters of the first line, subrip wrote the first sub line in the text window. But I found that the start time is 1:59,xx. Why is there such a difference?

Maybe it's ripping a different subtitle stream? In any case, you can just resync it in subrip with the offset you calculate, or the PTS Value of 0xE0 (Video) in the Stream Information.txt that DVD Decrypter can generate.
