How to best deinterlace this video

Hi there.

I have captured a video on german TV in PAL which originally
is film-material - as far as I know.

I'm not sure how to deal best with the interlacing I have here.
Is it telecided material sped up to 25 fps?

The cature is in MJPEG Picvideo, unfortunately not field-based
which would have helped with this material I guess.
I will turn it on with future captures. Strangely in my tests with field-based activated it does not show up as field-based in Info()
So you know why that might be?

Can you tell me the best options to deinterlace this video as good as possible?
