Residual Shrink Files?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but other that the temp files created by Shrink during the backup process are there any other logs or files that need to be cleared out periodically? I have looked but have been unable to locate any so far. if there are can anyone tell me where they would be located?

You will find some analysis data files that you can clear out in the \WINDOWS\Application Data\DVD Shrink Directory. These files are not very big generally usually about 1k ea. Its not nessessary to clear them out for shrink functionality, only if you have hd space issues. It would'nt return that much hard drive space unless you've done thousands of projects. If HD space is the issue you would be better off upgrading your HD.

Some people are using up space by using Norton Protected Recycle Bin. When someone erases a DVD, it doesn't actually get erased. This has come up numerous times on the Shrink forums. So if anyone has NPRB, empty it now and again.

It's not really HD space issues I am running into, I just wanted to make sure there were no hidden files anywhere slowing down the system. More of a preventative issue rather that a current problem, I just wanted to stay ahead of the game and prevent issues. Thanks for the help.
