Ripping with vStrip

Good evening,

When ripping with vStrip+Dvd2dvd, does this removes the layer break?
If this question has been treated before sorry for asking. I didn't found any topic on this.

DVD2SVCD process uses the elementary streams (video, audio, subs); process them (reencode, etc) and author again the DVD. That means, original Layer breaks are lost at the beginning, when demuxing the elementary streams.
