Monitor Problems

I'm having a problem with my Hansol 710D 17" monitor. Any image in the upper right corner seems to wrap or curve inward. I was working one day, with my display settings at 1024X768, and all of a sudden my Windows desktop expanded to the point where I could only see 2/3 of the start menu button and the offending wrapping entered my life. I have swapped monitors and find the same problem (wrapping not large desktop) on a different machine, and none on mine with the different monitor, ruling out a video card problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
