What does this Nero Error mean?

In Nero window, I get the following message....

"Burn process failed at 4x (5520 k/bs)"

In the log file for Nero I get this message...

"Pioneer DVD RW DVR 106d"
"Power Calibration Error"

Can anyone help me figure out what this means, please?

It means that either your drive is broken or you are trying to use crap discs
