Ifoedit Help - two DVD-Rs

Please, Help me!!!

I have a little issue with playing DVD-R on my DVD player (Panasonic S75).

I splited an original DVD-title 9 to 2x DVD-R 5 in IfoEdit.
I is a complete copy with menu and bonus.

BUT:

During plaing the first DVD-R I set AUDIO and subtitles which I want.

for example:
Audio: English DTS
Subtitles: French

When I change second DVD-R disc everything (audio and subtitles) is changed.
Audio: English 2.0
Subtitles: OFF
It is a default settings in this DVD disc.

Of course I need my player to remember the settings after inserting second disc with the same title (a continuation of first part).

I don't know where I made a mistake in my procedure of creating DVD-backup.
