Compressing an Mpeg 2 file using Helix Plus

I have Helix plus 9.0.0.975 and would love to figure out how to compress a Mpeg2 file (more specific a Vob file) using Helix producer plus. Also if anyone can tell me, is the upgrade to the newest version really worth the download time (I'm on a 56k connect now)?

Duh!

Nevermind I finally figured out how to get it to work. Seems there was something in my AVS file that Helix didnt like or understand.

Use DVD2AVI, save a project, then use VFAPI.
