Change subtitle's ratio

Hi.

I've an authoring problem that IFOEDIT can't resolve.

I've to remux a video to a vob.
Original VOB was 16:9. My new video is 4:3.

After remuxing (all OK) and changing ratio value in the IFO, I can't see any subtitle, because they are still in 16:9.

How I can modify this value, stored in IFO at PGCITI ?

It's only a decimal number. What's the algorithm?

I can't use any authoring program, only IfoEdit and similary.

Anyone can help me?
