AC3 + Vobsub + divx3

Watching non-subtitled movies with ac3 sound works fine.
Watching subtitled movies with mp3 sound works fine.

If I attempt to watch a movie that has both (ac3 and subs using vobsub v2.11), I get a black screen in WMP 7.1 but I do hear the ac3 sound playing in the background.

n/m reinstalling dx8.1 and my vid driver under win2k fixed this problem.
