audio at 32kbps

We have the option 32, 48, 56, 64, and on up to 384.
At least in the DVD2SVCD portion since it's always stereo the standard must be at least 64. So a suggestion would taking out those available bitrates when DVD2SVCD is selected.
SVCD spec
single channel between 32 and 384kbps
dual channel between 64 and 384kbps
stereo between 64 and 384kbps
joint stereo between 64 and 384kbps

just curious...does anyone every encode their audio that low? i use 128 which is probably pretty low by most peoples stardards but hey, im no audiophile!
