Reinterpolate411
Hello,
I read that need Reinterpolate411 filter to solve 4:1:1 problen in ntsc dv, but the link http://mywebpages.comcast.net/trbarry/ is broken, and i dont find Reinterpolate411.dll in google. Please, can any help with this filter

Don't know whats wrong. It works for me in both IE and FireFox. I just tried it again and it prompts me to save the zip file.
