Fairuse4wm says DRM removed but...

my IBX version is 11.0.5497.6285, which i believe should be supported as taken from a site

when i try to strip a file, fairuse4wm goes through with the motions and says it was successful, but when I try to convert the file to mp3, easy cd da barks saying its a DRM protected file... any ideas?
