Merge DVD clips

Hi , Im Fernando ( from Brazil ) , first, forgive me about my poor english, i hope you all understand me.
let me ask you a little question. I already use DVD shrink to decrypt and backup my DVDmovies to my hard disk. OK.
now, I want to put together ( in only ONE DVD - like a DVD video-clips type ou saying better , like a movie-trailler DVD ) . How can I do it ? I use DVD Shrink re-author to cut "better DVD film-pieces" to record them in my HD. How join this traillers in ONE. and more little question..... the subtittles will be togeter when i join the "trailers" and I burn the DVD ?
