I want your help

I shot an entire movie from the cinema

And try to get a good result in photography

Using filters and software

Is it possible to edit the photo more?

And what are the programs?

It looks absolutely awful. Did you capture the software in a way which eliminated all detail, or did that happen when you applied Neat Video? There is absolutely nothing that can be done if the original video looks like the two still photos you supplied.
