In MSU VQMT, I provided the original video as both the reference and the processed video, expecting a VMAF score of 100 for all frames. However, there are fluctuations in the score at the beginning and in some frames.

That's VMAF in short
Pure color frames, even if identical, wont reach 100 I remember
Which, pure black frames in beginning of the video aren't uncommon.
Some other similar cases may be expected.
