VirtualDub Save Capture Settings

Is there any way to save capture settings in VirtualDub 1.10.4? Thank you.

It should save some basic settings but you probably ask for driver specific options from filter menus? These don't work.

Are you referring to VirtualDub or VirtualDub2? If VirtualDub, how are they saved? Not looking to save filters, just video compression, audio compression, etc.

Referring to 1.10.4
It should put settings in registry keys like
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VirtualDub.org\VirtualDub\Capture\"device name"
See values "Audio Comp Format", "Video Comp Format" and related

OK, that likely explains it. I am using the portable version which does not write to the registry?

If you are using VirtualDub.ini instead of registry then you find the same settings in VirtualDub.ini file.
But 1.10.4 had a bug preventing it from loading some values. So yes it is a problem.
