DTS conversion from 24 to 23.976

Hello.
How can I convert a DTS from 24 fps to 23.976, using eac3to, preserving the best quality?

I know the 2 basic eac3to line-commands "slowdown" and "speedup" for the 23.976->25 / 25-> 23.976 conversion, but starting from 24, I don't really know where to begin.
Thanks in advance.
Bye

This procedure will involve a re-encode of the audio track, besides the video track is probably 24 fps too, so you shouldn't need to do this at all if you are going to encode a BD.

Indeed. If your final target format supports it, I'd avoid re-encoding DTS -> DTS, and go DTS -> AAC... just my two cents.

Are you 100% sure your DTS audio source runs at 24fps?

If the DTS audio has been extracted from an (NTSC) DVD or Blu-ray disc movie, the chances are it's running at 23.976fps already!
