Who is using Subtitle Edit audio/video to text feature of v. 3.6.5 or later

I'm looking for active users of Subtitle Edit audio/video to text feature for help in setup.

Please, no youtube references. I'm looking for anyone who has actively setup and used this feature and is willing to go through the steps in text.

Currently I've had the experience of trying to download a language model (as it is described) with a failure to complete and a message to try again later. This has happened consistently over 2 and more days of trying.

That's a starting point for help with my difficulties.
