madvr not loading? on mpc-hc 1.9.17

edit: madvr only work in portable D drive not working in internal ssd drive? windows 10

I'm getting this error: the selected video renderer has failed to load.

can someone help please?

this started when I changed folder location from d drive to c drive
but I did run and uninstall as admin the bat file don't know why this happend now?

Edit:

changed back to d drive.
and madvr works now on portable hard drive d but does not work on internal ssd C drive?
