About h.264/SVC

Hi, friends. There are two questions in my study.

One is if there are svc source code for mobile, like jsvm for pc.

Two is about if there is decoder(player) for SVC.
I want to do experiments about real time SVC.
For example, server packets RTP for svc bitstream, client starts a session based on SDP parameter file, and decode SVC bitstream. As I know, VLC player can decode H.264/AVC, but it can't support H.264/SVC, is there open source or player which satisfy the experiment.

Thank you.

Look for OpenSVC... its loosely based on our Open Source TCPMP platform.

Additionally while not OSS, we are looking at releasing CoreSVC decoder in the fall... this might also include micro client/server components to make integration easier for third party licensee's.

Thanks for your suggestion. OpenSVC may be the answer.

hi BetaBoy:

Thanks for your suggestion!

I download "Opensvc' (src_1.11) packets and compiled "TCPMP", however, the "player" can not decode H.264/SVC (ie,. ".264" format), moreover, also can't decode "flv", "avi" format. I am so sad because I didn't figure out what going wrong.

Could you analyze the reason for me?

Thank you.

Frame rate should be same for all layers - h264 svc

I have tried using main cfg with layer0 and layer1 , but the output has framerate drop in each layer , i need to generate a output file with same framerate for all layers

output console : change in frame rate for each layer , WE NEED THIS WITH SAME FRAME RATE
