Difficulty getting MCTemporalDenoise to work

Please help! I am a relative newbie and use AviSynth. I have no trouble getting *.dll files to work in AviSynth, but the moment I try MCTemporalDenoise the program won't recognise the command "MCTemporalDenoise".
It loads alright but I cannot get it to work. I have read so many goods things about MCTemporalDenoise. I just cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
I have loaded all the necessary files but no success.
Is there a site where I can go to download a fool-proof ie newbie-proof way to begin to see results?
