Cut videos - direct stream copy + retain external subtitles?

Hi, glad to see this forum alive and kicking almost 20 years after first hearing about it!

Does anyone know of an app that can open a video and its text subtitles (.srt or any other txt file type), cut it in direct stream copy, without reconverting, but also outputting the cut versions of subtitles?

So far I'm using Video Redo, except it can't load subtitles.

You can try losslescut but remember than cuts can be only at key-frames (also in MkvToolNix).

Video Redo can cut at any point but recode frames between the point and next keyframe.
