madVR settings and users preferences free discussion

After some time using madVR and reading the madVR main thread i saw different people with very different tastes... with many options the possibilitys are near infinity. Theres no correct way to use madVR, the render can improve the quality of any source but can be potentialy destructive too...
So i started this thread to free discuss about the many possibilitys and to people who want to share yours preferences...
I d like to know the users opinions based on content type (real life, cartoons, etc...) system and screen type, perfomance and tastes
