Command line tool for replacing icons in .exe

At the moment I have to use manually Resource Hacker in order to add hi-res icons to ripbot264. I was wondering if there is free commandline tool for that purpose?

Yeah i've done some checking and haven't seen any command line apps that do that.

Might be something you'd have to make yourself.

Edit I found one. Not sure if it will do all you need though.
