EasyCAP DC60+ chroma issues

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to capture VHS through composite connection with Casycap DC60+ USB capture device, but it seems it has problems with chroma.
This is my first capturing so I'm not sure what might be wrong with my setup so I'm hoping you could give me some advice where the problem can be.

The first problem is that chroma information is one field late in every odd field. Even fields are ok (below is correct and defective fields in one frame - look at the hand in upper left portion):

The second problem is that during rapid color changes like camera flash, there seem to be some weird clipping in chroma channel:

Do you think capture dongle is defective or can it be caused by something else? How can I properly test it?
